(Ngledek lagi)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cadel: "Nasi goleng!!!!!" &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Abang: "Ohh... nasi goleng..." &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sambil ditertawakan oleh pembeli yang lain dan pulanglah si cadel dengan sangat kesal. Sesampainya di rumah dia bertekad untuk berlatih mengucapkan "nasi goreng" dengan benar. Hingga akhirnya dia mampu mengucapkan dengan baik dan benar.&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hari 2 .....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dengan perasaan bangga, si cadel ingin menunjukkan bahwa dia bisa mengucapkan pesanan dengan tidak cadel lagi.&lt;br /&gt;Cadel: "Bang, saya mau beli &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;NASI GORENG&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, bungkus!!!"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abang: "Ohh ... pake apa?"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Cadel : ".... pake telol ....." (Sambil sedih)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Akhirnya kembali dia berlatih mengucapkan kata "telor" sampai benar.&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hari 3 .....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk menunjukkan bahwa dia mampu, dia rela 3 hari berturut-turut makan nasi goreng.&lt;br /&gt;Cadel: "Bang, beli &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;NASI GORENG&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, pake &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;TELOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;!!!! Bungkus!"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abang: "Ceplok atau dadar?"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Cadel: "Dadal...!" (dengan spontan)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kembali dia berlatih dengan keras...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hari 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;........&lt;br /&gt;Dengan modal 4 hari berlatih lidah, hari ini dia yakin mampu memesan dengan tanpa ditertawakan.&lt;br /&gt;Cadel: "Bang, beli &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;NASI GORENG&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, pake &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;TELOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, di &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;DADAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;!!!!!"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abang: "Hebat kamu, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt; , udah nggak cadel lagi. Nich, harganya Rp.2.500&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(47, 47, 47);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si cadel menyerahkan uang Rp 3.000,- kepada si abang, namun si abang tidak memberikan kembaliannya, hingga si cadel bertanya.&lt;br /&gt;Cadel: "Bang, mana kembaliannya? " &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Abang: "Oh iya, uang kamu Rp 3.000, harganya Rp 2.500. Kembaliannya berapa del?" Rinse well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Crack the egg into the shrimp. Mix until all shrimp are covered. Keep the remaining egg mixture for the sauce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Heat the wok. Coat each shrimp with seasoned flour, and deep-fry until the colour is golden brown. Remove the oil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Sauce: Reheat the wok and add 1 tbsp oil. Pour the remaining egg mixture &amp;amp; stir quickly. Add tomato sauce and chili sauce. Stir to mix, and add sugar, salt &amp;amp; pepper. Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken. Bring to boil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Put the fried shrimp into the sauce &amp;amp; stir-fry until thoroughly mixed. Serve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;* For the vegetable, rinse the vegetable. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Put in chopped garlic &amp;amp; stir. Add the vegetable, stir-fry until the colour change. Marinate for 1-2 hours. Before frying, add the egg yolk and mix. Then add the cornstarch and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Heat the wok, add the oil. Use medium heat to deep-fry the chicken for 4 minutes. Remove and drain. Reheat the oil. Add the fried chicken and fry until the skin is crispy. Halve or quarter each stalk lengthwise, depending on the thickness. Blanch in boiling water, remove and plunge into cold water. When cool, remove and drain.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Soak shiitake in water, remove and drain. Cut off the stem.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Heat the wok and add 3 tbsp oil. Stir-fry the green onions until fragrant. Add the shiitake and broccoli, stir. Add water and mix. Let stand for 5 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Add the egg white and mix. Add the cornstarch, mix. Wash the shrimp in a salt water solution and rinse thoroughly in clear water; drain. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Use a cleaver to cut the back if the shrimp in half lengthwise, but do not break apart. Remove the dark vein. With the tip of the cleaver, make a slit lengthwise in the center of each half of shrimp. Use the lower tip of the blade to prick each half of the shrimp several times s that it will not curl while frying. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mix the shrimps with mixture A and add the cornstarch. Marinate for 20 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mix mixture B to form a paste. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Place mixture C in a separate bowl.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Heat the wok, then add the oil for frying. Turn the heat to medium. Hold the shrimp by the tail and dip it into paste (mixture B), then put it into the wok. Repeat with the remaining shrimps.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Deep fry the shrimp for 5 minutes. Remove.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reheat the oil and re-fry the shrimp for 20 seconds. (This will make the shrimp crispy outside and tender inside). Drain. Remove the oil.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reheat the wok and add 2 tbsp oil. Add mixture C and bring to boil.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add the fried shrimp; stir-fry until ingredients are completely mixed. It is an easy cooking. Just do it a try.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 boneless chicken tigh (around 250 gr), cut into bite size&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can (200gr) champignon mushroom (jamur kancing), sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr straw mushroom (jamur merang), sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 shiitake mushroom/hioko (additional, as I only found 1 in my freezer)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 green bell-pepper (paprika), cut into bite size&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;half brown onion (bawang bombay), cut into 4&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 cloves garlics, minced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4-5 fishballs, sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp fish sauce (kecap ikan)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp sesame oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp margarine&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;salt, sugar &amp;amp; pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tbsp cornstarch (tepung maizena), dissolved with 1 tbsp water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;+/- 2 glass water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;Directions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Heat the wok and melt the margarine. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add the chicken, stir-fry until the colour change.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add the brown onion, mushrooms and fishballs. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pour the water. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add in the salt, sugar and pepper, fish sauce and sesame oil. Stir well, taste and adjust the seasoning.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Thicken the gravy with the cornstarch solution.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add the bell pepper and stir to mix.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Serve with plain rice.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;4-6 servings&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Note: Maybe next time I will add shrimps and cuttlefish to make "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:85%;" &gt;Seafood Mushroom&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;". Let's see in a couple of months.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;By the way, I made a quickie fried rice for lunch. Coming home from office at almost 13.00, I didn't feel like cooking anymore. My husband agreed to have fried rice, so here it is....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;2 plates of plain rice&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_v7VOI5HzS3A/SC7iR-pb5vI/AAAAAAAAAAM/5owr06AsQUc/s1600-h/quickie+fried+rice.jpg"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5201343418161948402" style="margin: 0px 0px 10px 10px; float: right;" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_v7VOI5HzS3A/SC7iR-pb5vI/AAAAAAAAAAM/5owr06AsQUc/s320/quickie+fried+rice.jpg" border="0" height="189" width="265" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;1 pc egg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;2 pcs chicken sausages (sliced or cut into small pieces)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;4 fish balls (sliced)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;1-2 garlic (chopped)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Some butter&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Salty soy sauce &amp;amp; sweet soy sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;pepper powder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;Heat the wok and melt the butter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;Add the chopped garlic. Fry until fragrant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;Add the sausages and fish balls. Stir-fry for a while, then crack the egg into the wok and stir the egg until lightly scrambled but not too dry. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;Add the rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. And stir in both the soy sauces to taste. Stir well. Tau2 aja dia kaga keliatan batang idungnya lagi. En sampe sekarang belum nemuin mie ayam yg sesuai selera. Paling banter juga gw masak sendiri.
